5. AI Disclaimers and Limitations
This section is critical. Please read it carefully before using the Service.
- Not legal advice: AI Output is a research aid only. It does not constitute legal advice, create a solicitor-client relationship, or replace professional legal judgment.
- No guarantee of accuracy: AI models may produce incorrect, incomplete, or outdated information. You must independently verify all AI Output before relying on it.
- Human oversight required: AI Output should always be reviewed by a qualified professional before being used as the basis for any decision.
- No liability for AI Output: To the maximum extent permitted by law, AccuFind is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on AI Output without independent verification.
- Model limitations: AI models have knowledge cutoffs, may hallucinate citations, and cannot account for unpublished legislative amendments or case law.
- Automated processing disclosure: Our Service uses automated systems to process your queries, detect personal information, and generate responses. No decisions with legal effect are made solely by automated means — all outputs require human review.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

- Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security features
- Share, redistribute, or commercially resell AI Output without authorisation
- Submit queries containing sensitive personal information (such as health records or criminal history) unless your organisation has appropriate agreements in place
- Misrepresent AI Output as your own professional legal advice to third parties
- Use the Service in a way that could harm, disable, or overburden our infrastructure
We may suspend or restrict your access for breach of these Terms. We will provide reasonable notice where practicable, except where immediate action is necessary to protect system integrity or comply with law.
